What I collect and why

When you contact me, I keep your name, contact details and what you tell me about your plans. I use it only to reply to you and help with buying, selling or renting a home. I don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Emails and texts

I only send marketing emails or texts if you ticked the box to agree, or for a limited time after you contact me or do business with me, as Canada's anti-spam law allows. Every message has a way to unsubscribe, and I stop as soon as you ask.

Calls

If you ask me not to call, I add you to my do-not-call list. I don't make automated or AI-voice calls unless you've specifically agreed to them.

Assistants and tools

I use software, including AI tools, to keep track of enquiries and draft messages. I review what goes out, I'm responsible for it, and I don't put your personal information into AI tools that keep or train on it.

Records

Real estate rules require me to keep transaction records for 7 years.
